Rhodium-Catalyzed Stereoselective Synthesis of Nitrile-Substituted Cyclopropanes

Significance

The development of a new rhodium catalyst for an efficient stereoselective synthesis of nitrile-substituted cyclopropanes is reported. The cyclopropane derivatives are prepared in high yields and with moderate to high diastereo- and enantioselectivities.
