Andrew C. Storm et al. Long-term successful closure of a percutaneous intragastric trocar tract with crossing full-thickness sutures in a porcine model

This paper reports on the feasibility and safety of the crossing full-thickness suture method for trocar tract closure in five pigs. This method could be useful when performing complex endoscopic procedures such as endoscopic submucosal dissec„tion, and novel techniques such as full-thickness resection.
