Benjamin Meier et al. Full-thickness resection of neuroendocrine tumors in the rectum

First large series examining the utility of an endoscopic full-thickness resection device for the management of rectal neuroendocrine tumors with a median size of 8 mm. All 40 lesions were completely removed without adverse events.
