We are looking forward to seeing many of you at our congress this month. Congratulations
to our Romanian colleagues for their optimism and determination that the event should
take place. We have an exciting programme with international speakers and eight parallel
sessions and the congress has been granted 19 European CME Credits by the European
Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education. The EFSUMB Young Investigator
Session with six participants vying for the 3000 euro prize and the winner of the
Best Published Paper 500 euro prize will be announced.
The 50th anniversary of the founding of EFSUMB is going to be celebrated with a souvenir booklet
for all our participants and a quiz based on historical images with three prizes –
free registration for EUROSON 2023 Riga, Latvia, a one year’s free subscription to
