A new artificial intelligence (AI) system for detecting pancreatic masses and cysts during endoscopic ultrasonography was tested in this prospective, single-center study. Among 308 patients, the system achieved a detection rate of 97.1% for pancreatic mass lesions, showing strong potential for clinical use. This is one of the few prospective studies demonstrating the effectiveness of AI in pancreaticobiliary endoscopy.
