The efficacy and safety of endoscopic pyloromyotomy (G-POEM) were evaluated in this multicenter retrospective study of 108 patients with refractory gastroparesis after esophagectomy. At 6 months, 63.5% achieved clinical success, with the mean Gastroparesis Cardinal Symptom Index score decreasing from 2.9 to 1.2. Minor adverse events occurred in 2.8% of patients. Sustained benefits were observed at 12 and 24 months (54.9% and 66.1% success, respectively), suggesting G-POEM is a safe, effective option for post-esophagectomy gastroparesis.
