Zusammenfassung

Die Sauerstoffversorgung ist der Schlüssel für den Stoffwechsel. Ein tiefes langsames Zwerchfellatmen sollte daher Behandlungsziel bei Patienten in Rückenlage sein. Hierbei gilt es, die funktionale Beziehung der 3 Diaphragmen zu berücksichtigen, ebenso wie die Physiologie des Kreislaufsystems, des primären und sekundären Atemmechanismus und des Lymphsystems.

Summary

The oxygen supply is the key to metabolism. Therefore, deep and slow diaphragmatic breathing should be the goal when treating patients lying on their back. In this case, the functional relation of the 3 diaphragms has to be taken into consideration as well as the physiology of the circulatory system, the primary and secondary breathing mechanism, and the lymphatic system.

L'approche ostéopathique globale à l'égard de l'homéostasie, Partie 1

L'apport en oxygène est la clé pour le métabolisme. C'est pourquoi une respiration diaphragmatique lente et prodonde doit être le but du traitement chez des patients en position allongée. On devra considérer ici la relation fonctionnelle des 3 diaphragmes de même que la physiologie du système circulatoire, du mécanisme respiratoire primaire et secondaire et du système lymphatique.
