Die aus der Türkei stammende 70-jährige Patientin erhielt vor 19 Jahren eine allogene Nierentransplantation und wird seitdem mit Immunsuppressiva (Cyclosporin A, Mycophenolat-Mofetil [MMF] und Prednisolon) behandelt. Seit 2 Monaten klagt sie über Appetitverlust, Gewichtsverlust (8 kg) und Inappetenz.

Die Ösophagogastroduodenoskopie zeigt einen pathologischen Befund.
