Summary

Mikronährstoffe erfüllen bedeutende Funktionen im menschlichen Organismus und stehen miteinander in Interaktion. Ein Mangel oder Störungen im sensiblen Gleichgewicht wirken sich weitreichend aus und äußern sich teilweise in sehr spezifischen Symptomen. Durch sorgsames diagnostisches Vorgehen können Versorgungslücken aufgedeckt und die Zufuhr von Mikronährstoffen gezielt durch eine Ernährungsumstellung oder die Einnahme von Ergänzungspräparaten optimiert werden.
