Zusammenfassung

Wiederverletzung VorbeugenEine Zerrung der rückwärtigen Oberschenkelmuskulatur ist eine sehr häufige Sportverletzung, vor allem bei Sportarten mit vielen Sprints. Verursacht wird eine Zerrung normalerweise durch übermäßige Beanspruchung oder Überdehnung der betroffenen Muskulatur. Um Wiederverletzungen vorzubeugen braucht es ein konsequentes Training mit Schnelligkeit, Ausdauer und exzentrischen Übungen.
