Daisuke Maruoka et al. Cold polypectomy for duodenal adenomas: a prospective clinical
trial
This cohort study examined the efficacy and safety of cold polyp resection in the
duodenum. A total of 39 nonampullary lesions, ≤ 6 mm in size, were removed by forceps
or cold snare. There were no severe immediate or delayed complications, and no recurrence
was noted at 3-month follow-up.
