Das Thoracic-Outlet-Syndrom imponiert beim Patienten mit unterschiedlichsten Symptomen, seine klinische Diagnostik ist entsprechend anspruchsvoll. Die Abgrenzung zur zervikalen Radikulopathie kann durch eine detaillierte Schmerzanamnese und eine spezifische objektive Befundung geschehen. Grundlage zur Differenzierung der Krankheitsbilder ist die Kenntnis der Anatomie.
