Abstract Text 70-year-old woman with a history of cholangiocarcinoma treated by several percutaneous
radiofrequency sessions and surgical resections. After 4 years of stability, new 14
mm adenopathy in the celiac area was evidenced. Ultrasound endoscopy showed a puncture
compatible with carcinoma and endoscopic treatment was decided. Initially, SonoVue
was administered with uptake at the level of the lesion, followed by radiofrequency
with a 19 G EUSRA 50 W needle at several points. SonoVue was administered again, verifying
the absence of uptake. The echoendoscopic review showed no contrast uptake, and a
new FNA was performed with no evidence of malignancy. Currently, the patient presents
radiological stability, with no signs of local, lymph node or distant extension after
5 years of endoscopic treatment.
