Zusammenfassung

Stress-Echo, Myokard-Perfusions-SPECT, Stress-Perfusions-MRT, Dobutamin-Stress-MRT und CT-Angiografie sind dem Belastungs-EKG jeweils deutlich überlegen. Das Belastungs-EKG kann eine stenosierende KHK bei höherer KHK-Vortestwahrscheinlichkeit niemals mit Sicherheit ausschließen. Es wird deshalb von der Nationalen VersorgungsLeitlinie Chronische KHK nur noch eventuell als Methode zweiter Wahl für eine Vortestwahrscheinlichkeit zwischen 15 % und 30 % empfohlen.
