Körperliche Aktivitäten und Bewegungen wie Laufen, Springen oder Richtungswechsel, also solche mit einer hohen Aufprallbelastung, sind prädisponierend für eine Achillessehnentendinopathie. Um die differenzierte Rehabilitationsplanung in die Praxis umsetzen zu können, sind verschiedene Voraussetzungen erforderlich. Welche Strategien möglich sind, beschreibt der Autor in einem Fallbeispiel.
