Die equine Keratomykose ist eine schwerwiegende Hornhauterkrankung, die in verschiedenen Formen auftritt. Eine sichere Diagnose mit anschließender frühzeitiger und intensiver Therapie ist wichtig, um bestmögliche Voraussetzungen für Visus- und Bulbuserhalt zu schaffen.
