Zusammenfassung

Okulomotorische Tests sind bei Patienten mit kraniozervikalen Symptomen wie Nacken-, Kopf- und Gesichtsschmerzen, Schwindel, Gleichgewichtsstörungen oder Ohrsensationen eine Notwendigkeit, um adäquat und zielgerichtet behandeln zu können.

Dieser 2. Teil der Artikelreihe zu Tests bei kraniozervikalen Beschwerden beschreibt die Anwendung und den Nutzen okulomotorischer Tests wie dem Blickfolge-, Sakkaden-, Vergenz- und Kopfimpulstest.

Abstract

Oculomotoric tests are essential for the adequate and specific treatment of patients with craniocervical neck, head and facial pain, vertigo, postural imbalance or ear sensations.

This second part of the article series on tests for craniocervical disorders describes the application and the benefit of oculomotoric tests such as smooth pursuit test, saccades test, vergence test and head impulse test.
