SOP Endosonografiegesteuerte Gallenwegeingriffe

Standard für endoskopische Eingriffe am Gallengang ist derzeit die transpapilläre endoskopisch retrograde Cholangiografie (ERC). Bei frustranem transpapillärem Zugang sind endosonografisch geführte Gallenwegeingriffe eine effektive und sichere therapeutische Alternative. Ziel dieses Beitrags ist es, das methodische Vorgehen und die periinterventionellen Standards für endosonografisch geführte Gallenwegeingriffe darzustellen.
