Art in Endoscopy: “Dinosaur birth?”

This image looks remarkably like a child’s novelty “growing dinosaur egg” at the moment of “hatching.” However, looking closely, you may see an unwanted concretion in the colon rather than the imminent birth of a toy triceratops.
