Primäre Hypothyreose beim Hund – Eine Diagnose mit Hindernissen

Die Hypothyreose wird beim Hund häufig überdiagnostiziert. Eine besondere Herausforderung liegt dabei in der Differenzierung zwischen Patienten mit einer primären Hypothyreose und solchen mit einer nicht thyreoidalen Erkrankung.
