Pankreatitis beim Hund – Klinik, Diagnostik und Therapie

Wenn der Hund bricht, ein schmerzhaftes kraniales Abdomen hat oder sich matt und inappetent zeigt, können das Hinweise auf eine akute Pankreatitis sein. Wir geben einen Leitfaden, welche diagnostischen Schritte wichtig sind und welche Therapie dem Patienten hilft.
