Introduction

Bilhemia, defined as the passage of bile into the bloodstream through a bile duct-venous system fistula, is rather rare[9]. Non-surgical treatment has become the therapeutic method of choice in hemodynamically stable patients with liver trauma. There are a few reports of the endoscopic management of traumatic hepatobiliary injuries in such pediatric patients; however, the optimal intervention is not known[10]. We report a 10-year-old patient with bilhemia as a serious complication following blunt liver trauma.
