Ein 52-jähriger Patient stellte sich mit seit etwa einem halben Jahr progredienter Ataxie und Gangunsicherheit mit einem Gangabweichen nach rechts in der Poliklinik vor. Seit einigen Monaten leide er gehäuft an Tinnitus. Zudem sei es in den letzten Wochen intermittierend zu nebeneinanderstehenden Doppelbildern gekommen.
