Grundlagen und Workflow des All-on-4-Implantatkonzepts

Die Frage nach der minimalen Anzahl von Implantaten zur festsitzenden Versorgung des zahnlosen Kiefers wurde in den letzten Jahren vielfach gestellt. Wissenschaftlich etabliert und mit hohen Implantatüberlebensraten abgesichert ist das All-on-4-Behandlungskonzept der Firma Nobel Biocare. Vier Implantate reichen aus, um den zahnlosen Kiefer mit 12 Zähnen festsitzend zu versorgen. Ziel des vorliegenden Beitrags ist die Darstellung der Grundlagen und am Beispiel eines Patientenfalls die Aufarbeitung der planerischen und klinischen Abläufe bei der Anwendung dieses Behandlungskonzepts.
