Zusammenfassung

Das EKG bei Sportlern zeigt keine wesentlichen Unterschiede zu dem EKG einer gesunden Allgemeinbevölkerung. Jede elektrokardiografische Auffälligkeit bedarf der genauen Überprüfung. Lediglich Modifikationen der Erregungsbildung und Erregungsleitung sind als noch normal anzusehen. In allen anderen Fällen ist es sinnvoll, den Kardiologen oder elektrophysiologisch orientierten Kardiologen aufzusuchen.

Abstract

The ECG in athletes does not show any significant differences compared to the ECG in a healthy population. Every electrocardiographic anomaly requires accurate review. Only modifications of the excitation and conduction are rated normal. In all other cases consultation of a cardiologist or electrophysiological orientated cardiologist is advisable.
