Pediatric Pancreaticobiliary Intervention

Abstract

Advances in pediatric interventional radiologic and endoscopic techniques have increasingly allowed for a multidisciplinary approach toward diagnosis and management of pediatric pancreaticobiliary diseases. In the following sections, we describe clinical approaches to nontransplant pediatric pancreaticobiliary disease, established and novel pancreaticobiliary interventions, and logistical considerations of collaboration between pediatric interventional radiology and gastroenterology services.
