Zusammenfassung

Die technische Kombination von SPECT-Scannern (Single-Photon-Emissions-Computertomografie) mit der Röntgen-Computertomografie (CT) war eine wichtige Innovation auf dem Gebiet der nuklearmedizinischen Hybridbildgebung. Diese Geräte ermöglichen die simultane Darstellung von präziser anatomischer Struktur und funktioneller Bildgebung. Die multimodale Bildgebung mittels SPECT/CT verbessert die Sensitivität und Spezifität der nuklearmedizinischen Diagnostik bei verschiedenen klinischen Fragestellungen, die in dieser Übersichtsarbeit vorgestellt werden.
