Zusammenfassung

INDIKATIONEN FÜR OPERATIVE STABILISIERUNG NACH INVERSIONSTRAUMA Sprunggelenkdistorsionen behandelt man konservativ, und mithilfe eines speziellen physiotherapeutischen Programms gewinnen viele Patienten die Stabilität ihres Sprunggelenks zurück. Doch bei einigen hilft nur noch eine stabilisierende OP. Das Schweizer Autorenteam beschreibt die aktuellen OP-Techniken, diskutiert die Vor- und Nachteile und welche Patienten sich für welche Technik eignen.
