Die Mukozele der Gallenblase ist eine immer häufiger diagnostizierte Erkrankung, die mit lebensbedrohlichen Komplikationen wie Gallenblasenruptur, Gallengangobstruktion oder nekrotisierender Hepatitis einhergehen kann. Die sonografische Untersuchung ist wichtigster Bestandteil der Diagnostik, um Frühstadien der Mukozele zu erkennen und mit medikamentöser Therapie eine Progression und somit eine Operation zu verhindern. Erkennen Sie im folgenden Beitrag die verschiedenen sonografischen Manifestationen der MZ und die daraus resultierende Therapie.
