In section 6.7 Bridging therapy, the sentence beginning “In the Dresden DOAC registry...” should end with “...(2.7 % vs. 0.5 %, P = 0.01) [72].” and not with "...(2.7 % vs. 0.5 %, P = 0.01) [73].” This was corrected in the online version on January 20, 2017.
