Stellenwert und Indikation von biologischen und biosynthetischen Netzen bei der Versorgung von Narbenhernien

Narbenhernien sind eine der häufigsten iatrogenen Komplikationen von Laparotomien und treten bei bis zu 41% der Patienten nach Bauchoperation auf [1]. Die Versorgung von Narbenhernien erfolgt durch Implantation eines Netzes. Nur so kann die Hernie dauerhaft versorgt und ein Rezidiv vermieden werden [2], [3].
