Die Behandlung von Kolikern ist Routine in der Pferdepraxis, bringt jedoch mit jedem Patienten auch immer wieder offene Fragen mit sich. Welche Schmerzmedikation bietet sich bei diesem Fall an, kann ich beispielsweise Flunixin-Meglumin geben, obwohl ich noch keine Diagnose gestellt habe?
