Achtsamkeit impliziert auf den ersten Blick Ruhe, Kontemplation und Selbstversunkenheit. Ein Blick auf die dabei eingesetzten Techniken wie Yoga und Tai Chi macht schnell deutlich, dass sich körperliche Aktivität und Achtsamkeit keineswegs ausschließen, sondern in enger Beziehung stehen. In dem Beitrag wird diese analysiert und erste Überlegungen zu einer „achtsamkeitsorientierten Bewegungsförderung“ werden vorgestellt.
