Abstract

Duplications of the intestinal tract are rare malformations, and triplications are even less common; only two cases are found in the literature. The authors describe a case of prenatal diagnosis of a gastric triplication and the surgical treatment.

Résumé

Les duplications de l'intestin sont des malformations rares et les triplications sont encore plus rares; seulement deux cas sont retrouvés dans la littérature. Les auteurs décrivent un cas de diagnostic prénatal d'une triplication gastrique et son traitement chirurgical.

Resumen

Las duplicaciones de tubo digestivo son raras y las triplicaciones lo son aún más. Solamente hemos encontrado dos casos en la literatura. Los autores describen un caso de diagnóstico prenatal de triplicación y su tratamiento quirúrgico.

Zusammenfassung

Duplikaturen des Verdauungstraktes sind seltene Fehlbildungen und Triplikaturen vergleichsweise noch ungewöhnlicher. In der Literatur werden nur 2 Fälle beschrieben. Die Autoren stellen hier einen Fall einer gastrischen Dreifach-Fehlbildung vor, die bereits intrauterin diagnostiziert wurde.
