Abstract

From 1965 to 1979, 30 children with dysostosis cranial is including 3 with craniofacial dysmorphism, were treated surgically and were followed up. Various operative methods of craniectomy were employed and their results in terms of cosmetic deformity, regeneration of bone, neuroradiological findings, intracranial pressure, and mental development are discussed.

Zusammenfassung

In der Zeit von 1965 bis 1979 wurden 30 Kinder mit Dysostosis craniales, davon 3 mit Dysostosis craniofacialis, in unserer Klinik behandelt und in unserer Verlaufskontrolle gehalten. Es sind verschiedene operative Methoden der Kraniektomic angewandt worden. Die Ergebnisse hinsichtlich kosmetischer Störungen, Regeneration von Knochen, neurologischem Status, Hirndruckzeichen und geistiger Entwicklung werden diskutiert.
