Abstract

A case of intrauterine intussusception causing ileal atresia is reported. The sonographic diagnosis of intestinal obstruction at the 30th week of gestation suggests that intrauterine intussusception is a cause of ileal atresia occurs late in the course of pregnancy.

Zusammenfassung

Ein Fall von intrauteriner Invagination, die zu einer Atresie des Ileums führte, wird vorgestellt. Die sonographische Diagnose der intestinalen Obstruktion in der 30. SSW läßt vermuten, daß die intrauterine Invagination die Ursache der Atresie des Ileums im späteren Verlauf der Schwangerschaft war.
