Bei der semantischen Variante der primär progredienten Aphasie sind die Klassifikationskriterien nach Gorno-Tempini et al. ein beeinträchtigtes Benennen und Wortverstehen, gestörtes Objektwissen und Oberflächendyslexie bei intakter Grammatik/Sprechmotorik und erhaltenen Nachsprechleistungen. Dieser Beitrag beleuchtet exemplarisch Sprachdiagnostik, semantisches Leistungsprofil sowie Veränderungen von komplexer Sprache und Kommunikationsverhalten.

Abstract

As an example, a patient with a semantic variant of primary progressive aphasia is described who fully meets the classification criteria according to Gorno-Tempini et al. [1]: impaired performance in naming and word comprehension, impaired object knowledge, and surface dyslexia with largely intact grammar and speech motor skills as well as preserved repetition. The article focuses on the language assessment performed, the profile of semantic performance, and changes in complex language and communication behaviour.
