Zusammenfassung

Die Bronchusmanschettenresektion ist auch bei Patienten mit normaler Lungenfunktion ein Standardverfahren zur Resektion von Lungentumoren in zentraler Lage. Ziel dieser Methode ist es, parenchymerhaltend zu operieren und dadurch die Pneumonektomie und deren Komplikationen in Bezug auf Langzeitüberleben und Lebensqualität zu vermeiden. Mit dem Fortschreiten der minimalinvasiven Thoraxchirurgie befindet sich auch diese Operationstechnik im Wandel. Diese Arbeit setzt den Fokus auf die neuen Aspekte der Bronchusmanschettenresektion, bezugnehmend auf die Literatur.

Abstract

Bronchial sleeve resection is the treatment of choice for centrally located lung cancer, even in patients with normal lung function. The objective is to preserve lung tissue and avoid both pneumonectomy and its complications related, in terms of long-term survival and quality of life. As our experience in minimally invasive surgery increases, we have modified technological aspects to adapt to the new situation. This article focuses on these new technical aspects and literature data on bronchial sleeve resection.
