Das operative Standardverfahren zur Behandlung der Stamminsuffizienz der Vena saphena magna im Stadium I nach Hach ist die erweiterte Crossektomie. Mit der extraluminalen Valvuloplastie steht ein weiteres Behandlungsverfahren zur Verfügung. Dieser Beitrag zeigt die Vorteile der extraluminalen Valvuloplastie im Vergleich zu anderen operativen Verfahren bei der Behandlung der Stamminsuffizienz der Vena saphena magna im Stadium I nach Hach.
Abstract
The standard surgical procedure for the treatment of stage I truncal insufficiency of the great saphenous vein according to Hach is extended crossectomy. With extraluminal valvuloplasty, another treatment procedure is available. This article shows the advantages of extraluminal valvuloplasty compared to other surgical procedures for the treatment of stage I truncal insufficiency of the great saphenous vein according to Hach.
