Die Methode der Plan-Formulierung

Zusammenfassung

Die Arbeit gibt eine Übersicht über die „Control Mastery Theory” (CMT) von Joseph Weiss. Die CMT ist eine kognitiv-affektive, psychoanalytische Theorie des psychotherapeutischen Prozesses. Viele Konzepte der CMT wurden von der San Francisco Psychotherapy Research Group empirisch untersucht und bestätigt. Einige Forschungsergebnisse werden zusammengefasst und die Methode der Plan-Formulierung wird vorgestellt. Die Ergebnisse der ersten deutschsprachigen Reliabilitätsstudie mit der Plan-Formulierung am Fall „Amalie” zeigen, dass die Methode auch außerhalb der USA reliabel zur Psychotherapieforschung eingesetzt werden kann.

The Plan Formulation Method: First German-Language Reliability Study based on the „Control Mastery Theory” by Joseph Weiss

The paper gives an overview on the „Control Mastery Theory” (CMT) of Joseph Weiss. CMT is a cognitive-affective, psychoanalytic theory of the psychotherapeutic process. The San Francisco Psychotherapy Research Group empirically investigated und confirmed many concepts of the CMT. Some results of the research are summarized and the „Plan Formulation Method” is described in detail. The results of the first German-language reliability study with the plan formulation method applied on the case „Amalie” show that the method can be used reliably for research purposes outside the USA.
