A new method of treating telangiectasias on the lower leg consists of a combination of sclerotherapy and microincisions in the same session. The new technique requires no anesthesia, is not restricted to special forms of varicosities, and has no severe side effects. Experiences has shown an improved cosmetic result due to a low rate of pigmentation.
