Der RUMM-Block bietet sich im Rahmen der multimodalen Schmerztherapie bei operativen Eingriffen der Vordergliedmaße an, die distal des Ellbogens lokalisiert sind. Der Beitrag informiert über Durchführung und Wirkung der Injektion.
