Zusammenfassung

Klavikulafrakturen im Wachstumsalter sind seltene Verletzungen, die in der Regel konservativ behandelt werden können. Unter Berücksichtigung der korrekten Fraktureinteilung entstehen klare Indikationen zur operativen Versorgung, insbesondere beim Adoleszenten und am lateralen Ende des Schlüsselbeines. Der folgende Artikel gibt eine Übersicht der gängigen Klassifikationen und den sich daraus ergebenden Therapieempfehlungen, sowie die Nachbehandlung. Fallbeispiele sollen die Ausführungen anschaulich machen.

Abstract

Fractures of the clavicula are rare injuries and the therapy is mostly non-operative. However, in case of correct fracture-classification, there is explicit recommendation to surgery for several fracture patterns in adolescent and at the lateral end of the bone. The following article gives an overview about the established classification-systems, common therapeutic approaches and after-care advice. Case reports should illustrate the theory.
