Perineale Urethrektomie beim Mann

Einleitung

Die perineale Urethrektomie dient in der Regel der chirurgischen Tumortherapie. Meistens wird sie bei einem Urothelkarzinom der Harnblase mit prostatischem Harnröhrenbefall simultan zur Zystoprostatektomie als primäre Urethrektomie durchgeführt. Eine sekundäre Urethrektomie ist bei einem Urethrarezidiv nach Zystoprostatektomie indiziert. Wesentlich seltenere Indikationen zur Urethrektomie sind das primäre Urethrakarzinom oder andere in der Urethra auftretende Malignome. Der perineale Zugangsweg erlaubt eine gute Darstellung, ein schnelles und zielgerichtetes Vorgehen und ist mit wenig Morbidität behaftet.
