Wie kam die Kunst in die Osteopathie?

Wir alle kennen das Zitat: „Osteopathie ist eine Wissenschaft, eine Philosophie und eine Kunst.“ Allerdings ist es so nicht korrekt und stammt auch nicht – wie immer wieder behauptet wird – von A. T. Still. Woher kommt diese Definition und welche Bedeutung hat der Begriff „Kunst“?
