Eine 34-jährige Patientin mit mediterranem Hauttyp (Fitzpatrick-Hauttyp IV) stellt sich mit narbig-schuppigen Veränderungen der Haut am Nasenrücken, an der Wange und an der Ohrmuschel vor. Die Blickdiagnose und histologische Untersuchung der Haut zeigen 4 pathologische Befunde ([Abb. 1]).
