Granularzelltumoren der Mamma – eine seltene Tumorentität

Einleitung

Granularzelltumoren sind nichtepitheliale Tumoren, die von perineuralen Zellen abstammen. Am häufigsten treten diese Neoplasien im Bereich der Zunge (40 %) sowie des Körperstamms (30 %) auf und nur selten mit 6 % in der Brustdrüse – zumeist lokalisiert im oberen, inneren Quadranten sowie parasternal [1] [2]. Patienten mit einem Granularzelltumor sind gewöhnlicherweise prämenopausale Frauen [3]. Die Prävalenz im Vergleich zum Mammakarzinom beträgt 1:1000 [4].
