Bei Menschen mit chronischen Schmerzen ist das körpereigene Alarmsystem im Ausnahmezustand. Sie haben keine Perspektive auf Heilung und werden oft stigmatisiert. Mithilfe des Erweiterungsmanuals „Handeln ermöglichen – Trägheit überwinden“ können die Klienten in der Ergotherapie Betätigung als Schmerzbewältigungsstrategie kennenlernen.
