Am 19.04.2018 beschloss der Gemeinsame Bundesausschuss (GBA) Regelungen zu gestuften Notfallstrukturen in Krankenhäusern gemäß § 136 c Absatz 4 SGB V. Der Beschluss wurde am 18.05.2018 vom Bundesministerium für Gesundheit im Bundesanzeiger veröffentlicht. Ziel der Regelungen ist es, gestaffelte Zu- oder Abschläge je nach Vorhaltung struktureller Voraussetzung der Notfallversorgung festzulegen. So sollen den Häusern, die besonders hohe Aufwendungen haben, bessere finanzielle Ausgleiche ermöglicht werden.
