Abstract

Cutaneous lymphoma may present with a wide spectrum of clinical and histological manifestations. Extraordinary cases may be challenging for dermatologists. The purpose of our overview is to recall the multiform presentations of mycosis fungoides and other cutaneous lymphomas by means of cases presenting in the special clinic for cutaneous lymphoma at the University Hospital Würzburg. Furthermore, we provide an overview of existing publications addressing the likelihood of confusion between mycosis fungoides and other dermatological diseases.
